Coolius® Air Conditioning Service
The Coolius® air conditioning service units from our air conditioning technology range are a fast and complete solution for servicing air conditioning units in cars, vans, trucks and buses. The Coolius air conditioning charging units analyse air conditioning systems, automatically empty and refill the air conditioning system with refrigerant. The addition of oil and leak detection are also carried out fully automatically with the Coolius® air conditioning service units.
F-gas certificate for working with F-gases
To work with F-gases, such as R1234YF and R134a, it is mandatory to have an F-gas qualification, the European-recognised diploma “Recovery of mobile air conditioning systems”. In addition, F-gas suppliers are only allowed to supply F-gases to certified companies. We therefore need to verify whether our customers have the certificate. If your employees do not yet have an F-gas certificate, we recommend that at least one of your employees follows an official course.

WOW - Flushing kit
The FK500 flushing kit makes it possible to flush the refrigerant circuit for air conditioning systems with refrigerants R1234YF and R134A. To ensure that the air conditioning system works properly, it must be checked regularly.
Flushing the air conditioning system is necessary to remove oil and impurities from the circuit. When replacing the compressor, the entire air conditioning system of the vehicle must be flushed and the oil must also be replaced.
Each air conditioning service unit from the WOW! range has a flushing function, for which a specific flushing kit is required.
Flushing kits are already recommended as standard by Opel, VW, Audi, MAN and many other manufacturers.
