The following goods are excluded from exchange or return:

Goods that are perishable and have a limited shelf life.
Goods that are not part of the regular Würth assortment and were ordered on request.

All other goods may be returned within 31 (thirty-one) calendar days, provided that the withdrawal form is completed, stating the order number and the goods you wish to return. These forms will then be processed by our Returns Department. After approval by our Returns Department, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, starting from the day on which the withdrawal decision was approved by Würth Belux NV, to return the goods in question to Würth Belux NV. The goods must be returned in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. All accompanying documentation, (a copy of) the order form, and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment.

No return costs will be charged up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days after delivery. For returns between 14 (fourteen) and 31 (thirty-one) calendar days after delivery, a 15% return fee will be charged.
