ORSY®controller
2 ordering options in 1 device
Direct order function
Scan the packaging directly with the ORSY®controller at the ORSY® storage rack. All information about the required products is stored immediately. The order is transmitted and processed immediately or at a scheduled time.

Scan-to-shop function
With the ORSY®controller, you can scan items quickly and easily and send them to the Würth Online Shop. Scan the barcodes with the ORSY®controller and collect all the items you want to order. Send the shopping cart to the Würth Online Shop. Log in on your PC and make changes where needed. Adjust delivery addresses, choose cost centers, change quantities in your shopping cart... After that, you can place the order via the Würth Online Shop.

Yes, all barcodes on all Würth packaging can be scanned.
Barcodes can be scanned in different ways. You can scan the barcodes on the packaging or on the labels on the ORSY® storage racks, or you can request an overview of all your Würth products as a barcode catalogue.
Yes, if a product is offered in different packaging quantities, there are also different barcodes. For example: brake cleaner per 1, 6, 12 or 24 pieces each has a different barcode.
With the App scan and the scan-to-shop function, you scan the article once. The quantities can be adjusted in the shopping cart of the online shop or app.
With the direct order function, however, it is necessary to pass the barcode by the scanner 20 times.
No, the scanners only work with Würth login details.
No, you can use both scanners without ORSY® racks.
Thanks to the clear storage of your items in the ORSY® racks and the presence of barcodes on the racks themselves, scanning becomes much easier and you have a clear overview of stock.
