Würth products must meet the highest quality standards before they may be sold. Comprehensive quality management guarantees the high Würth quality across all our divisions. Not only quality, but also sustainability is a top priority in both our actions and our products. That is why we are proud to announce that we have received several valuable quality and sustainability labels, enabling us to effectively guarantee the quality we wish to convey with our Würth products.

EU Ecolabel

The EU Ecolabel is the official European environmental label recognised by all countries of the European Union as well as by Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland. The label aims to reduce the negative effects of production and consumption on the environment, public health, the climate and natural resources.

Cradle to Cradle

Cradle to Cradle is a label for products designed according to circular design principles, thereby enabling the reuse of the product, its components and/or its materials.

EcoVadis

EcoVadis is an independent assessment platform aimed at scoring, evaluating and suggesting improvement actions for companies’ sustainability performance. Würth Belux N.V. has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Label for its sustainability performance.

EMICODE®

Whether you are installing floor coverings, bonding tiles, sealing parquet, sealing your shower cabin or carrying out other repair, renovation or extension works: Würth construction products with the EMICODE® label ensure that you are always on the safe side when it comes to healthy living!

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

Our Modyf items carry the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 label. This means that every thread, button and other accessory has been tested for harmful substances and that the item is therefore harmless to human health.

NSF

The NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certification mark is a globally used certification that guarantees the safety of products used in the food processing sectors. In addition to guaranteeing food safety, it also guarantees the labelling and manufacturing method of such products. Würth non-food items comply with the strict NSF requirements.

AIR LABEL SCORE

Our Bike Line was recently certified with the Air Label Score A+. This means that our Bike Line range has very low air emissions, complies 100% with all standards and guidelines and, finally, contains no harmful substances.

Quality Certificate

ISO 9001:2015 is an international quality standard. This standard sets out requirements for standardising quality management systems and making them measurable and verifiable. In addition, it shows our customers that we apply effective quality management principles. Our quality management system relating to the distribution of fasteners, DIN and standard parts, chemical products, plugs, electric and pneumatic tools and machines, hand tools and inventory systems has therefore been independently assessed and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

BIKE LINE

The Würth Bike Line stands for the environmentally friendly alternative to many conventional bicycle cleaning products. Our new product line includes a complete range of high-quality cleaning and maintenance products for both on-road and off-road bicycles. Each product has been carefully designed and tested to meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. For example, no fragrances or colorants are used, and spray cans are avoided so that propellants are eliminated and hazard labels are no longer necessary.
